By accessing and using FitDash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.

2. No Warranty (AS IS)

FitDash is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. FitDash makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of calorie calculations, distance estimates, or fat-burned metrics.
  • The fitness of the application for a particular purpose.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Compatibility with all browsers, devices, or operating systems.

FitDash expressly disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3. Health Disclaimer

The calorie, distance, and fat-burned estimates provided by FitDash are general approximations only based on standard MET values. They are not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional health guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or diet program.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitDash and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to:

  • Injuries sustained during exercise based on FitDash recommendations.
  • Health decisions made relying on inaccurate calorie or distance estimates.
  • Data loss due to browser storage clearing, cache issues, or device changes.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your fitness activities are safe and appropriate for your individual health condition. FitDash is a tracking tool, not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
