My mother, Ida Belle ( Chance ) Neill was 30 years old when I was born and was born March ??, 1904 just east of Ocala, Florida to James le Chance ( Chance ) and Lula Belle Chance. My father Grover Carlisle Neill was born on March ??, 1888 in New Madrid, Missouri to Albert Torrance Neill and Sara Jean Carlisle Neill.
